About this piece:

I had a large drawing that failed, which I put away. Months later I took it out again and decided to reuse it. I shaped the edges, cut pieces out, and generally messed around with it. Then I made letterpress prints from different hand-drawn line patterns and painted them with acrylic paint. Next I cut the prints into small, geometric shapes and inserted them into the holes and vacant areas of the old drawing until the the “old” drawing became “new.”
